The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

About the Team:

Join Shopee's Fulfilled-by-Shopee (FBS) team as a Seller Management Intern, where you'll play a key role in supporting and growing some of our top-performing FBS sellers. You'll work closely with sellers to ensure healthy inventory levels, drive business growth, and strengthen their operational excellence on FBS.
This internship is fast-paced, hands-on, and offers valuable exposure to e-commerce operations, account management, and data-driven business decision-making.

Support a portfolio of top FBS sellers, focusing on business growth and maintaining healthy inventory performance. Monitor stock levels, analyse key SKUs, and work closely with sellers to ensure timely replenishment. Track key performance metrics such as fulfilment rates, stock health, and sell-through to identify growth opportunities. Assist in projects such as incubating new-to-FBS sellers, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to succeed. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational workflows and overall seller experience.

Requirements:

Strong sense of ownership with a drive to create tangible business impact Hungry, proactive, and unafraid to hustle in a dynamic environment Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Proficient in Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, charts, etc.). Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months) * Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
