We are looking for a Business Development Intern to join and support the Growth team. The Growth team in Aleph are entrepreneurs who champion clients and colleagues alike. With a keen sense for turning insight into opportunity, they are responsible for building relationships that foster commercial viability for our studio and our clients business. Motivated by work that makes a meaningful and sustained impact, the team is seeking to drive innovative work that solves our client's business problems and engage consumers in new ways. Over the course of this apprenticeship, you will receive direct business experience under the mentors in the department to sharpen your professional skills.

We are looking for people who are curious, open, eager to learn and to eventually grow with us. Based on your performance, there is potential for a full time position in the future as well.

Key Responsibilities

Support the growth team of end-to-end pitches / client responses, from inception and requirements definition to project's delivery, making sure that the planning, timeline, the budget and the pitch quality are respected Maintain communication (written and verbal) with clients and internal teams Nourish the thinking across pitch/rfp responses projects through research and recommendation Diligent filtering of potential tender opportunities Report writing that filters relevant information to key stakeholders both internal to the business and external Support the administration organization of the project with process and tools available from costing to follow up (invoicing, scoping, monitoring) Research, analyse and distill information into recommendations and/or actions that support the team(s) and clients' objectives

Prerequisites

Business background or experience in business / engineering / technology. Ambitious and proactive spirit, always ready to collaborate with others and seek solutions. Curious and entrepreneurial with a passion for understanding how things work. Able to understand the market sector and think strategically about client challenges. Experience with Apple Keynote and Google sheets preferred Comfortable with numbers, business arithmetic A passion for design, engineering, technology and great work, you can see potential and nourish it and have a ability to influence to drive work forward Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment while working as a member of an international team
