Founded in 2024, Feel Fresh is a fast-growing start-up dedicated to revolutionizing personal wellness through innovative oral care and beauty devices. Our mission is to make premium self-care accessible by combining advanced technology with thoughtful design. In less than two years, we have scaled to over 30,000 units sold, expanded into Singapore and Malaysia, and have been featured in media outlets such as radio and CNA. We continue to build strong momentum in both e-commerce and retail expansion.

Role Description
This is a role for a Business Development Intern. The intern will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations, assisting in business expansion projects, and contributing to our regional growth strategy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants to understand how a consumer start-up scales across markets.
What You'll Do

• Assist in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities and partnerships
• Support expansion initiatives across new markets and platforms
• Help set up and streamline regional operations, logistics, and fulfilment processes
• Liaise with external partners, suppliers, and distributors
• Work closely with the founders on special projects and long-term strategic planning

Qualifications

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
• Able to work independently and thrive in ambiguity
• Prior experience (internships, freelance, school projects) in business development, startups, or e-commerce is a plus
• Passionate about building businesses, operations, and regional growth strategies
