Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT services and software solutions market
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs and business challenges
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in line with company goals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position our solutions effectively
Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets
Key Requirements:
Experience:
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (IT services background strongly preferred)
Industry Knowledge:
Solid understanding of
IT services delivery models
Familiarity with
software contracting, SOW (Statement of Work), and service-level agreements (SLAs)
Awareness of nuances in pricing, compliance, and vendor management within IT services
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales
Comfortable with presentations, proposals, and client meetings
Education:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields preferred
Personality:
Outgoing, persuasive, proactive, and target-driven
