Business Development Manager, APAC

. Based in Singapore, this is a pivotal role for an experienced commercial professional who thrives in the dynamic world of travel retail and is passionate about bringing meaningful, sustainable products to market.





Your key responsibilities



Develop and execute a compelling sales strategy to drive growth across the

Travel Retail

sector in APAC. Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key partners across airport retail, inflight, duty-free, and cruise channels. Build and lead a high-performing international sales team from the ground up, shaping the commercial direction of the region. Identify, evaluate, and act on high-impact growth opportunities, with a focus on strategic market expansion. Champion the brand's sustainability mission in every commercial engagement - positioning the company as the preferred choice for conscious consumers and retail partners alike. Monitor sales performance and ensure high standards of brand representation and merchandising. Develop accurate forecasts, sales reports, and strategic recommendations to leadership team.



Here's what you will bring to the table



Proven Sales Leadership - You should ideally have at least 5 years of success in driving business growth within the Travel Retail, FMCG or Consumer Electronics industry.

Travel Retail Expertise

- You understand the unique dynamics of the travel retail sector and know how to navigate key industry players and stakeholders. Team Builder - You have a track record of building, scaling, and inspiring teams from the ground up, fostering a sales culture that consistently delivers results. Entrepreneurial Spirit - You think strategically but are also hands-on, thriving in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. World-Class Communicator - You excel at building strong relationships, closing deals, and influencing partners with clarity and confidence. Globally Minded - You're ready and willing to travel internationally to expand the brand's global footprint and develop robust partnerships worldwide.
