We are currently working with an architectural, interior design and construction company who are seeking a self-driven, highly motivated Business Development Manager to work within their Singapore office. If you are successful in the role, you will have the opportunity to work with numerous commercial and retail projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes
- Analyse client needs and preferences in the workplace design sector
- Generate leads through networking, industry events, and online channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the design team to tailor proposals
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients
- Set and achieve sales targets and goals aligned with company objectives
- Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless project handovers

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the design or architecture industry
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales target
