Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or project management within the construction or renovation industry.
Strong network and familiarity with local construction regulations and procurement processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
