Seek out both short-term and long-term tender (RFQ) opportunities for business growth.
Develop a local business plan to strengthen your presence and promote logistics and service offerings in the area.
Define the local value proposition and collaborate closely with the local product organization to drive sales and support the P&L.
Advocate the global value proposition and enhance the overall customer experience.
Coordinate with global and regional teams across functions, products, and regions to improve cross-selling opportunities.
Ensure efficient contract compliance and smooth business onboarding processes.
Represent the organization to local decision-makers within the global marketplace.
Strategize and establish access to the appropriate decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within client organizations.
Job Requirement(s)
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field is required
Preferably about 5 years of experience in Business Development or Key Account Management within the logistics and supply chain sector
Experience in Contract Logistics (Operations, Solution Design, or Operational Excellence) is a must
Willing to travel to different site locally
Proven ability to independently lead tenders with minimal supervision or training
Extensive knowledge and expertise in supply chains and logistics industries
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent in overcoming challenges and closing deals
Well-versed in current market expectations and trends
