Job Description


We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager for our hiring partner\'s Digital Platforms, You will be responsible for managing and driving the success of key programs and your focus will be on enhancing business sustainability, profitability, and customer experiences within our partner\'s commercial and retail businesses, shopping malls, and partner networks.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and influential professional in Business Development, with expertise in introducing compelling solutions and products to retailers and enterprises. You will engage with an untapped market, providing solutions consulting and strategic guidance. Reporting to the Team Lead of Business Development, you will contribute to the growth and success of our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting and selling our solutioning products to partners and retailers.
- Develop a robust pipeline through a combination of cold-calling, email campaigns, and market intelligence.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with potential, new, and existing strategic partners and retailers.
- Structure and negotiate commercial deals that drive positive and sustainable business outcomes for its Digital Platforms.
- Lead business development initiatives, including the creation of new revenue streams and implementation of innovative solutions.
- Manage multiple project timelines to successfully execute campaigns for partners and retailers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, tech, analytics, legal, marketing, operations, and finance) to launch partner and retailer campaigns.
- Act as the main point of contact, providing end-to-end support to partners and retailers, proactively resolving business or technical issues.
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Initiate performance reviews with partners and retailers, developing strategies to optimize results and outcomes.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Account Management, or selling Merchant Solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proven ability to build and nurture strong business relationships, with a creative mindset for identifying partnership opportunities.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a track record of delivering targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, resilient, and comfortable working collaboratively in a dynamic team setting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passionate about technology trends, retail solutions, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
