Meeting & Tracking planned sales goals. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. Training & organising training for the sales team. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. Implementing sales strategies for B2B and B2C customers & Promoting the organization and programs. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation. Decide on the marketing collateral requirements with marketing team. Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge. Ensure the excellent sales experience for the customer. Present periodic reports to the management. Articulate competitive positioning.. Collect feedback and inform the supervision. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience in service industry or relevant sales experience. Experienced in planning and implementing sales strategies. Experienced in customer relationship management. Experienced in managing and directing a sales team. Prior experience in the education industry will be an advantage. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associates who can converse in Mandarin only.
