Maximize current markets: Devote time, energy and resources to understanding and supporting, and maximizing current accounts, by continuing to add services.
Generate new business: Increase revenue by driving new business opportunities in new markets, and achieving sales growth of double digits Year on Year.
Overseeing sales and business development strategy: Possess the ability to monitor and manage their day-to-day activities in an efficient manner maximizing their time in the field.
Display the ability to build and align value propositions and influence key decision makers including the development of strategic market plans and marketing collateral.
Design and implement the strategies that will both approach and attack the market.
Play an integral role in the development of annual sales forecasts, budget requirements, and sales plans of action for the Business Unit.
Others: Develop, create and implement local strategic growth prospecting and territory action plans;
Establish strong relationships in given territory at various levels with (key) business contacts;
Able to review (monthly) sales trends and respond appropriately in a timely manner;
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs and maintain market information on competitors\' strengths, weaknesses, policies, pricing, services, etc.;
Sells the BU capabilities and differentiation frameworks;
Promote the company\'s products/services addressing or predicting clients\' objectives;
Arrange and active participation in meetings as required to achieve sales goals;
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
Organizes and hosts client visits to meet the required monthly sales visits and prospect calls;
Responsible for facilitating and owning the Onboarding Process when initiating new accounts;
Presenting professional business proposals and contribute to RFP/RFQ responses as directed;
