Respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner.
Member of Bid Management Team to provide solution for FM related workscope.
Lead the team to provide FM project solutions.
Formulation of manpower and various cost components for the effective operation of a FM project, inclusive of contingencies to penalties and corporate cost.
Analyse various cost data and indexing of various cost elements for future estimation and cost verification purpose.
Interface with ISG for solution write up, tender submission, presentation and clarification.
Conduct comprehensive interpretation of FM contracts requirements, based on standard work procedures, statutory and safety requirement for the execution of works.
Assist in project mounting, prior to works commencement, ensuring delivery commitments are in accordance to tender proposal.
Brief project team(s) on proposed solutions and timelines for delivery.
Oversee and manage handover of working partners, scope awarded, cost committed, control measures of partners performances and mitigating options for contingencies.

Business Development:-
Provide market intelligence in the FM industry and reach out to other services providers for partnering initiatives.
Identifying Partners to work with for FM projects.
Establish partnership with other FM providers for sub-contracting.
Partner ARAS for cleaning works execution for various sectors of the IFM market.
Develop and implement strategies for new products and services .
