Strong understanding of retail and trade operations, category management, margin contributions, and buying practices in Australia and New Zealand.
Experience in managing Distributors, Key Retailers, and Vendors, with established relationships.
Skilled in nurturing and growing internal and customer relationships to achieve positive outcomes for overall strategies.
Proactively monitor sales performance, identifying risks and opportunities to achieve business goals.
Keep up-to-date with market intelligence and competitors in various countries.
Collaborate with distributors to develop joint business plans, expand channel networks, and improve performance in assigned territories.
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to support brand growth in AQ and CA.
Coordinate sales and marketing activities with distributors, providing support for planned activities.
Stay informed about new developments in the industry, especially in Australia and New Zealand.
Work with distributors to understand regulatory guidelines for Australia and New Zealand, and liaise with global team on regulatory documentation needs.
Review feedback on damaged products and provide solutions to distributors.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Admin/International Business or equivalent.
At least 5 years of Regional Sales and Distributor management experience in FMCG environment.
Salary: $7,000 to $12,000
