POSITION You are responsible for the development and performance of all commercial activities. Market analysis and follow-up market tendencies. Search, contact and visit prospects. You take lead in new sales development and account management of the assigned Corporate Customers. You support on budgeting process and meeting sales targets for the assigned customers and commercial aspects of the business including rates sourcing and procurement where required. You develop a thorough understanding of customers and their industries and is alert to changes and opportunities. Coordinates the commercial activities and ensures that the management of key customers is optimized in the interest of the Group. You are responsible for the implementation of the group commercial strategy, including further strategic development. PROFILE You hold a degree in Supply Chain or related areas. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who has at least three to five years’ experience within Freight Forwarding. You can identify commercial opportunities and translate them into wins for the future. You deliver excellent service - towards customers and colleagues all over the world. You are a team player and want to develop yourself. You are PC Literate and are able to quickly learn new and custom-made operating systems. You speak and write English and Mandarin languages fluently. You like a healthy level of stress in your function and you are willing to work for a business in full expansion.
