Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients.
Present and demonstrate product solutions to potential customers.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Provide feedback to marketing and product teams for strategic adjustments.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through continuous engagement.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and technical teams.
Provide insights on local market needs to enhance product offerings.
Responsible for meeting individual annual sales targets as set by management.
Qualifications
3+ years of sales experience in the software industry, ideally in office software or SaaS/PaaS.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Strong understanding of software sales cycles and licensing models.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and thrive in a competitive environment.
Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients/partners).
Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to dynamic market changes.
Strong interpersonal skills and cross-cultural sensitivity.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
