Job Description
- Planing of sales activities to generate new businesses / Identify areas for business opportunities and development.
- Handles new enquiries and sales tours- follow-up - execution of sales process.
- Ensure SOPs are strictly and consistently followed to resolve all customer issues within 24 hours.
- Proactively respond to customer demands and competitor innovation in customer service and contribute to the development of products and services according to customer/market trends.
- Works hand-in-hand with the Regional Marketing Team and Centre Manager in researching, designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating marketing plans/activities/campaigns to increase sales leads.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying client requirements; defining market, competitor\'s share, and competitor\'s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
- Ensures sales-related reports and activities are prepared and submitted timely and accurately into the Center Charge system.
- Diploma / Degree in Business or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in a sales and customer-facing role.
- Prior experience within the Hospitality / Coworking industries will be highly advantageous.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess a service-oriented mindset and an eye for detail.
