Job Details:

• Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and execute a sales development strategy, taking into account the organization\'s capabilities, trade lanes, and business plan.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and cultivate unique selling points that will enhance new customer acquisitions and customer retention
• Conduct business reviews, analyze opportunities and risks, and provide recommendations to management.
• Ensure optimal sales volume, product mix, and selling price by staying updated on supply and demand, evolving trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities.
• Ensure seamless business implementation, including the smooth handover of SOPs to operations, and continuously monitor compliance.

The Talent

• Minimum of 5-8 years of Business Development managment experience in air / sea / logistics
• Strong market knowledge in freight forwarding and supply chain solutions will be an advantage
