Take the next step in your career and apply today!Job Details and Requirements::Drive the business development of the Hospitality products and solutions division in Malaysia, working closely with business partners to elevate company sales to new levels.Develop new customers and establish long-term partnerships to achieve business growth targets.Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.Analyse market trends and competitors and develop appropriate sales strategies and business plans.Provide regular reports on business development progress and sales performance, supporting data-driven decision-making within the company.Requirements:Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience, with a good understanding of the Malaysian market and business environment.Ability to build strong working relationships with various stakeholders and handle complex business transactions.Independent thinking and a mature approach to work, able to work autonomously and make sound decisions under pressure.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients and partners.Willingness to travel frequently within Malaysia for business purposes.We are the ASSA ABLOY Group
