Business Development Manager (M&E/ ACMV, Tender, Building)

- Lead the tender team and achieve sales plans to achieve the company\'s goals/ performance targets.
- Manage project budgets. Reduce costs and increase profits during tenders.
- Ensure timely tender submissions. Design business proposals and solutions.
- Attend site visits and meetings and respond to inquiries.
- Find new customers and maintain relationship with existing clients
- 3 years or above of experience above in M&E/ACMV sectors.
- Familiarity with tender processes in ACMV/M&E.
- Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical engineering/ Business Management or similar.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on leadership, problem-solving, and being results-oriented.
