The primary responsibility of the role is to proactively acquire new-to-bank (NTB) customers with potential for Premier Banking relationships. In addition, the candidate will be expected to offer a comprehensive suite of retail and premier banking products, including but not limited to unsecured credit cards and insurance solutions tailored to the needs of targeted segments.
Key Responsibilities
Engage affluent and mass market clients for Premier Banking sign-ups, leveraging leads from internal stakeholders, marketing campaigns, mortgage inquiries, employee banking events, networking sessions, and roadshows.
Participate in off-office hour activities, including weekends, as required for networking events, promotional campaigns, and roadshows.
Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings, providing regular updates and conducting follow-up activities with target customer groups to strengthen product differentiation and competitiveness.
Requirement
Preferably at least 2 years of client acquisition experience in Banking domain
Strong self-discipline, independent and driven
Effective in communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
* Able to conduct sales and marketing calls though both face to face and non-face to face channels.
