Responsibilities
--------------------
Develop and execute a
business development strategy
targeting pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, research institutes, and healthcare organizations.
Build and manage a strong
sales pipeline
of potential clients for R&D lab space solutions.
Promote and sell
training conferences
for medical professionals focused on biosafety and BSL laboratory safety protocols.
Conduct
market research
to identify new business opportunities, client needs, and competitive trends in the pharma and healthcare industry.
Prepare and deliver
presentations, proposals, and business cases
to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Training, and Facilities) to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in pharma, biotech, and healthcare organizations.
Track, monitor, and report on
sales activities, targets, and revenue performance
.
Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.
Requirements
----------------
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of business development/sales experience
in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of
R&D lab space needs
and familiarity with
biosafety and laboratory safety protocols
is an advantage.
Proven ability to
generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships
in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
