We are seeking a dynamic and driven

Business Development Manager

to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing property development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential property development and investment opportunities Actively scout and evaluate new sites through regular site visits and assessments Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to stay informed on the property market Work closely with the senior management to develop growth-focused business strategies aligned with the company's objectives Provide valuable insights and recommendations to support decision-making Build and maintain excellent rapport with government authorities, agencies, and relevant stakeholders Assist in managing acquired investment properties, including overseeing performance and supporting assets management initiatives

Requirements:

Proven in business development, real estate, or property management in Singapore Strong financial skills, including cash flow modelling and budgeting to achieve target investment returns Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently within a team * Willingness to travel across Singapore for site visits and meetings
