Job Functions: * Review with Sales Executive on sales issues.

• Provide guidance, support and solution to problems encountered
• Monitor Sales Executive's progress and activities
• Provide product and sales training
• Gather market information from Sales Executives\' feedback
• Liaise with various departments, e.g. Service and Delivery Departments, to ensure smooth coordination of customer service
• Visit customer to gather demonstration progress/feedback
• Review individual Sales Executive's performance, motivate and encourage Sales Executives

to achieve sales target * Conduct weekly team brainstorming session to develop plan and strategy to improve salesperformance * Any other duties assigned by Management from time to timeRequirements: * Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing with at least 5 years sales related experience

• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
• Pro-active, resourceful and proven sales track record
• Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels
• Self-motivated, result oriented and customer focused with good interpersonal skill
