A Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to increase revenue. The role requires strong strategic, and communication skills to expand the company's market presence.





Specific Responsibilities


It includes the following:


1. Developing strategic plans and analyzing potential growth opportunities


2. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to stay informed about market trends and potential clients.


3. Build and maintain strong client relationships: Foster positive relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their event needs and provide tailored solutions.


4. Collaborate with senior management: Work closely with the Director to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.


5. Attend and represent the company at events: Participate in industry exhibitions and conferences.


6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations: Develop and present compelling sales pitches to potential clients, highlighting the value of our event services.


7. Provide regular sales performance updates: Submit reports to management on sales performance.
