Responsibilities: As a Business Development Manager, you will:
Identify and engage with potential business partners and clients within the global airline and travel ecosystem in alignment with the company\xe2\x80\x99s strategy.
Responsible for negotiating, reviewing, and modifying business contracts, managing risks, and supporting operational implementation.
Understand real-time airline policies and analyze market trends to continuously explore growth, and work towards achieving profit targets.
Analyze business data and market trends to identify operational issues and make timely improvements and adjustments based on the analysis results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and meet business development objectives.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you will need:
Demonstrated expertise in business development, sales, or related OTA industry roles, with a minimum of 3 years\' experience.
Experience in managing global travel products, a strong understanding of Japanese, European, American, or Southeast Asian markets.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with our overseas team based in China.
A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, tourism, or a related field.
