We are looking to hire a Business Development who will play an integral role in servicing our key partners to maximize commercial values of our media assets and in expanding our business networks so as to contribute towards long-term business goals of the organization.

Client (landlord partners) Account Servicing and Management
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Projects & Operations) to deliver on contractual obligations to Clients.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with Clients through demonstrating a clear understanding of commercial needs and reliable servicing
Prepare and present monthly reports and quarterly business updates to internal and external stakeholders
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to monitor and understand market insights and trends in order to continuously deliver sound value proposition to Clients
Identify New Business & Media Opportunities
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to identify opportunities for new businesses and grow current contracts
Support Head of department for the preparation of responses to all RFP and Tenders
Manage & coordinate with Clients and internal teams for building new and upgrading of existing media assets
Develop new business proposals including new product or service offerings based in line with market demand.
Managing Existing Business
Facilitate day-to-day activities, including regular site visits to ensure smooth execution of campaigns in fulfilling contract obligations
Train, supervise and coach team of Executives for day-to-day efficiency and to achieve company and department objectives
Coordinate with Project team to ensure all new media assets are built and delivered on time
Oversee work flows and administrative processes to improve efficiency
Be well-versed with OOH regulatory guidelines to ensure our proposals and offers meet market demands.
Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business or Marketing
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in key account management, sales or similar functions
Sharp business acumen and highly numerate
Project management and resource co-ordination capabilities
Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills
Able to work under stress and able to multi-task
Skills / Knowledge:
Knowledge of Outdoor Advertising
Able to grasp technical concepts and communicate them effectively to Clients
Proficient in MS Office skills including Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI
Persuasive and able to influence key stakeholders to achieve the best commercial outcomes
Pro-active with excellent organisation skills to meet set goals and priorities
Thrive in a fast paced and results-oriented organizational culture
