1. Develop and execute strategic business plan to achieve target, lead the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies and programs to achieve business success. 2. Building, retaining and evolving a high performing team with complementary capabilities and strengths as well as provide marketing team members with opportunity and latitude to grow and achieve. 3. Responsible for establishing networking activities to expand potential customer base; regularly engage and establish relationships with key channel partners to gain market intelligence, competitive insights and to optimize marketing investments through better channel alignment 4. Provide leadership, planning and management training to employee and fully responsible for the business growth and day to day operations. 5. Oversee operation compliance, control and processes. 6. Establish digital campaign and related marketing initiatives to help increase online acquisition, brand awareness as well as driving target customers across multiple platforms including mobile and various social medias. 7. Be part of the leadership team and play a significant role in shaping growth strategy across our business in Singapore, Hong Kong and some other Asian Countries. 8. Provide financial analytical assistance on commercial negotiation with customers and subcontractors. 9. Develop a clear process to track and measure the performance of various marketing initiatives, prioritise marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly. 10. Own and cultivate meaningful and deep relationships with key partners, develop deep understanding of care and customer needs, requirements and macro market trends, identify influence and develop contacts at the highest appropriate levels within target prospects. 11. Analyse factors that motivate employees and partner stakeholders to develop culture that creates, develops and retains an engaged workforce.
Requirement:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in relevant field
At least 8 years of relevant Business Development Experience, preferably with at least 5 years of management experience, Listed Company would be a plus.
Relevant knowledge or experience in project management, android & IOS development.
Take responsibility for the customised unit programming and overall system functionality
Proven leadership and employee development skills to develop and retain high sales achievers
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, ability to speak Mandarin is a plus as you will be liaising with Chinese background partners and clients;
Self-driven, motivated and entrepreneurial; ability to own outcomes and make things happen
Experience in establishing departmental budgets as well as driving sales improvement projects and initiatives
Travel local and abroad to meet key customers face to face as needed, working experience in Asian counties would be a plus.
