JOB REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required
5-7 years of experience in business development or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience and demonstrates a deep understanding of the beauty product market and a proven track record of success in business development within the industry.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills are necessary for identifying new business opportunities and developing and executing growth strategies.
The ability to lead teams, manage projects, and negotiate with partners and clients.
Excellent command of spoken and written for both English and Mandarin to communicate with our Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
