(Unable to issue Employment Pass) Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

• To fully understand the business model of MPFunds.
• Meeting with CEO to discuss on business presentation topics.
• Develop, implement, and control effective Sales Plans in all target markets.
• Participate in identifying and implementing marketing strategies.
• Assess and analyze competitors\xe2\x80\x99 information/trends to identify sales opportunities and business prospects
• Provide ad-hoc general administrative support when required
• Develop a set of SOP on Company Services and Customer Services
• To engage and interact well with the customers.
• To be a trainer/coach for the company.

Business Development Manager Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of presentation software and PowerPoint projection tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Have passion in trading.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the education and technology industry, with proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close is preferred
• A self-starter who possesses unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, business and technical savvy and the drive to maximize market opportunities
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $3,800.00 - $4,200.00 per month Benefits:
