Job Description
Job Purpose
This role will be under our joint venture company - ChargEco. The Executive will be responsible for generating new leads and securing new customers; with the objectives of getting landlords to provide their premises for the installation of EV chargers and also getting e-fleet owners to use the EV charging network.
Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of the Business Development Executive are as listed below. Note that the list is not comprehensive and related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
- Expands the customers (landlords and e-fleet owners) contacts through cold calling and participation in tenders.
- Maintains and builds strong relationships with new and existing customers and develops full understanding of their requirements.
- Prepares quotation, proposal, presentation, and letter of offers to customers.
- Liaise with project development team and 3rd party contractors to carry out site surveys.
Qualifications and work experience include:
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant fields.
- Preferably with 3 years of relevant working experience; fresh graduates will also be considered.
- More experienced candidates may be considered for managerial position.
- Good listener and effective communicator
- Has strong winning mentality
- Self-motivated and good team player
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
