We are currently looking for suitably qualified candidate to fill up the following position of Business Development Manager - Research

AIM OF THE JOB:

To be responsible for market research

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Source new residential and commercial property projects.

2. Conduct economic and property market study to improve understanding of market trends and environment.

3. Manage relationships with partners and authorities to ensure project progress.

4. Coordinate with other of BD\xe2\x80\x99s team members & departments to achieve objectives

5. Take lead in exploring new initiatives

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education Level Required: Bachelor or Masters in Business or Finance

At least 7 years of experience

Good understanding of real estate market

Strong business acumen and network

Highly numerate with strong analytical skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both Vietnamese and English), with ability to work under pressure
