About the job:

Responsible for ASEAN Pressure and Temperature product bookings. Formulate and execute strategies that support growth for the above.
Drives sales channel/Local Business Partners (LBP) by providing support and proactively developing the business across the region
Provides sales direction and processes, and develops pursuit strategies to ensure all channels/LBPs meet their targets
Identifies additional growth opportunities and applications across various industries and geographies
Understands the market and the competitive landscape.
Works closely with integrated marketing to help drive campaigns, and participate/support events whenever necessary.
Responsible for product launches and training
Communicates regularly with AP management to align with AP growth strategies
Complies to workplace safety rules and regulations.

About you:

Preferred Degree in Engineering and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience.
Results-oriented with strong business acumen, leadership, organizational and planning skills.
Strong technical ability, industry knowledge and regional awareness demonstrating business insight, customer focus and resourcefulness.
Effectively communicate, influence, and collaborate across regions, business verticals and nationalities.
Open to participating in cross functional teams and programs.
Ability to travel throughout ASEAN region 40% of the time (when normalcy resumes)
