Generate and execute training plan to team members and lead the team to complete the sales targets of the responsible region
Build a business plan to scale revenues to achieve revenue and profitability targets

Requirements:
Minimum qualification of Bachelor or Masters\xe2\x80\x99 Degree in Engineering or Computer & Communication
8+ years of related working experience
Knowledge and experience of working as a Sales or BD in an international market
Able to work independently in a remote market and achieve result in highly stressful environment
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
Able to team work with team members around the world
Professionalism, excellent communication skills, customer focused and systemic thinking
Willing to travel overseas frequently
Will be comfortable to converse in Mandarin to communicate with headquarters staff in Mainland China
