We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to join this newly formed Business Development team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our presence in the region. Job Summary: As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for originating and implementing strategic initiatives to drive the growth of our property portfolio in Singapore. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, forging partnerships, and creating strategies to maximize revenue and market share in the retail malls, office, industrial, and logistics sectors. You will be a key player in our organization, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business development plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and profitability in line with company objectives.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Use this information to identify potential business opportunities.
• New Business Origination: Proactively identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures, in the retail malls, office, industrial, and logistics sectors.
• Partnership Development: Build and nurture strategic partnerships and collaborations with industry stakeholders, including property developers, investors, and government agencies.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial modeling and feasibility studies to assess the potential returns and risks associated with new business ventures.
• Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations, deal structuring, and contract discussions to secure agreements with partners, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, legal, finance, and marketing, to ensure the successful implementation of business development initiatives.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of new business initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all business development activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Assess and mitigate risks associated with new ventures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in business development, real estate, or related roles with a strong track record of success.
• Deep knowledge of the Singapore real estate market, including trends, regulations, and key players.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and seize opportunities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Results-oriented and self-motivated.
