JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible the creation of a new business segment focused on motors for specialized impeller applications, targeting customers in Europe and Asia.
Enhancing the company\'s market share among key customers by pinpointing the optimal product mix to achieve sustainable business growth.
Crafting the company\'s value proposition in collaboration with business units, aligning it with specific target applications and markets.
Overseeing assigned accounts with a focus on growth, leveraging expertise in injection molding, die casting, stamping, PCBA technologies, and related tooling.
Taking responsibility for sales in the technology and industrial markets in Asia, with the goal of cultivating profitable new business opportunities for the company.
Demonstrating proficiency in technology and industrial sales channels, drawing from experience.
Identifying and prioritizing new business prospects based on market opportunities, executing sales strategies, and serving as the primary point of contact for the company in the designated territory.
Cultivating strong relationships with both existing strategic accounts and new prospective customers.
Collaborating closely with the Operations and Engineering teams to identify the necessary capabilities and competencies for success in the market.
Managing business activities within the structured company sales process and utilizing sales management tools.
Providing regular updates on business and market developments to the senior management team at the company.
Overseeing the coordination of quoting activities and shaping the company\'s approach to secure new business.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possess Bachelor\'s degree in science or engineering.
Possess a minimum of ten years of professional experience, with a minimum of five years of direct involvement in sales and business development roles.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of industrial standards, technology trends, quality standards, environmental requirements, and regulatory compliance.
Exhibit the qualities of a self-starter and a highly motivated individual contributor, with a proven track record of securing new wins through personal efforts.
Display proficiency in cost analysis relevant to the target businesses and the ability to provide guidance in quote development.
Maintain a robust and extensive business network, particularly within supply chain circles, commodity management, and design teams, to tap into a pool of potential customers.
