We are looking for Business Development Manager for a Corporates B2B sale executive for headhunting. Responsibilities:
Investigate and discover new business possibilities, such as new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, goods, and services, or new methods to reach current markets
Face-to-face or over-the-phone meetings with customers/clients
Cultivate and expand connections with customers/clients
Recognize your clients\' requirements and be able to react effectively with a strategy for meeting their needs
Think strategically - understanding the big picture and establishing goals and objectives to help the company grow and improve work strategically
Having a thorough knowledge of the company\'s products or services and the ability to advise others on them
Look for methods to improve the way the company works.
Attend seminars, conferences, and events as needed to stay current on business trends and developments.
Skills & Requirements:
A bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related area is required.
Minimum of 2 years experience in business development
Experience in sales, marketing, or a similar area is preferred.
Capability to coordinate and multitask on complicated tasks.
Outstanding organizational abilities.
The ability to thrive with little direction, to be proactive, and to deal with uncertainty.
Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Capable of doing a variety of activities on a computer.
