A Business Development Manager job has become available for the subscriptions business at one of the world\'s largest publishers and providers of information intelligence and research globally with a strong global presence and in-country teams in place.

About the Business Development Manager Role:
Reporting to the Client Services Director, you will be responsible for growing the firm\'s footprint and presence across the region. You will pitch to C-suite leaders and drive the overall subscription uptake in SEA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Qualify and prospect new clients across financial services, government member organisations and trade associations
• Develop and maintain a strong and healthy pipeline of clients
• Identify key decision makers and drive commercial conversations either through face to face engagement or networking
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing

The successful candidate must have strong sales experience within the business intelligence and market research space.

Key Requirements:

• A degree in business
• At least four years of sales experience in the market research and intelligence space
• A strong hunter with good business acumen
• Strong ability to engage with C-suite leaders
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to sell consultatively
