A Business Development Manager at Thoughtworks is responsible for developing a pipeline of new opportunities, converting those opportunities into signed contracts and paid engagements , and helping establish the early relationship with the client.
The BDM typically engages with senior business and technology stakeholders at clients. Ideally you will have a track record of working and building relationships at the C-suite and senior management level, using a consultative selling approach to maximise customer outcomes. And you recognise that our people and our clients are at the centre of everything we do.
