This role will involve building strong relationships with key stakeholders, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through effective marketing and sales strategies.Your responsibilities as a Business Development Manager

• Identify and assess new business opportunities in the marine geotechnical and renewable and energy sectors within South East Asia.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate the market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, government agencies, and stakeholders in the region.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment of business development initiatives with service offerings and project capabilities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and bids to potential clients.
• Represent Horizon Geosciences at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and brand.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Your qualities and experience
You can make your mark as a Business Development Manager if you have:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Geoscience, Engineering, Business, or a related field; a Masterxe2x80x99s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in business development or sales within the geotechnical, marine, or renewable energy sectors.
• Strong understanding of the windfarm market and marine geotechnical investigation processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.

• Where you will work: You will be working in our office in Singapore.
• Fulltime/ part- time job: The position of Business Development Manager is a full-time job.
