Business Development Manager- Staff Augmentation Sales

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for staff augmentation services across domestic and international markets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers in mid to large enterprises.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
Track market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Strong understanding of staff augmentation models (B2B, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience working with Singapore and international clients.
Knowledge of IT Hiring is required.
Understanding of talent acquisition trends and recruitment delivery cycles.
Local candidates who do not require visa sponsorship preferred
