Libeara is a Standard Chartered Ventures incubated tokenisation platform that makes financial assets more efficient, accessible, and mobile. We take existing institutional financial instruments and innovate upon them by leveraging blockchain technology. Our goal is to provide a seamless and secure platform for the tokenisation of assets, enabling individuals and institutions to participate in digital asset ownership.


We are looking for a Business Development & Marketing Intern to support Libeara's commercial, partnership, and growth initiatives. This role works across BD, Marketing, and Product to drive market research, partner engagement, brand presence, and campaign execution.
You will gain hands-on exposure to tokenisation, digital assets, and institutional fintech while contributing meaningfully to Libeara's expansion.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Market Research

• Conduct industry research across tokenisation, digital assets, and financial institutions to identify client and partnership opportunities.
• Analyse competitor solutions, market gaps, and regulatory developments globally.
• Develop insights, reports, and briefing materials to support BD and partnership strategies.
• Assist with preparation of pitch decks, sales materials, and commercial proposals.

Partnership Development & Outreach

• Support outreach to potential partners, including asset managers, fintech companies, blockchain ecosystems, and institutional stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing partnership proposals, capability documents, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain CRM pipelines, track engagement activities, and coordinate partner meetings.
• Strengthen Libeara's ecosystem presence through research, outreach, and support on collaboration initiatives.

Marketing & Communications

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media, brand communication, and awareness-building efforts.
• Support development of website content and updates for Libeara (case studies, insights, product pages, blog pieces).
• Create marketing materials including visual assets, event collaterals, one-pagers, and social content.
• Track marketing metrics, engagement, and performance analytics.

Events, Campaigns & Thought Leadership

• Support coordination and execution of major industry events, including Singapore FinTech Festival (SFF), Token2049, RWA Summits, and partner-led events.
• Conduct research on event participants, target attendees, and relevant networking opportunities.
• Assist with event logistics, booth preparation, collateral development, and onsite support.
• Consolidate post-event leads, prepare follow-up materials, and support BD on engagement sequencing.

Relationship & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Document meeting notes, prepare follow-up actions, and update CRM/database trackers.
• Coordinate across BD, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid research and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Interest in blockchain, tokenisation, fintech, and financial innovation (knowledge beneficial but not mandatory).
• Ability to break down complex topics into clear business insights.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with an interest in marketing, branding, and content creation.
• Prior experience in corporate environments, startups, school clubs, BD, or marketing functions is a plus.
