Key Responsibilities: Telemarketing & Business Development (Approx. 60% Focus)
Lead Generation:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls (cold calling) to prospective businesses based on provided lists and market research.
Appointment Setting:
Successfully set appointments for the Sales team.
Database Management:
Accurately update and maintain the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with lead status, contact details, and interaction summaries.
Script Adaptation:
Use provided calling scripts while adapting to the prospect's needs and maintaining a professional, engaging conversation.
Reporting:
Track and report on key metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and appointment quality.
Marketing Support:
Assist the team in making engaging social media content, including drafting posts, gathering assets, and scheduling basic updates.

Document & Data Management:
Assist with organizing, filing, and managing business documents, contracts, and internal reports.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Manage and coordinate complex meeting schedules, internal appointments, and travel arrangements (if required).
Invoicing & Basic Bookkeeping Support:
Assist with preparing basic invoices, tracking expenses, and organizing receipts.
Team Support:
Provide administrative support to the management and sales teams, including preparing presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Good verbal communication and active listening skills with a professional phone demeanor.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace, Canva, Capcut & Trello.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
A resourceful and proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred but not necessary
