Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development & Outreach Executive to join our team. The role will be responsible for promoting our school's programs and services through ground outreach activities, engaging with potential customers in the community, and building partnerships with local businesses and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct ground marketing activities around the school area to increase brand awareness and student enrolment. Distribute marketing materials, engage with parents and potential clients, and promote trial classes and school programs. Identify and approach potential business partners for collaboration opportunities. Negotiate and manage partnerships with local businesses, community groups, and educational institutions. Assist in organizing events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns to support enrolment growth. Provide regular reports on outreach activities, leads, and partnership outcomes.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in education sector is an advantage). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage different stakeholders. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Comfortable with outdoor work and face-to-face customer engagement. * Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
