Job Summary:


We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven individual to take on a hybrid role in Business Development and Project Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while managing key projects from initiation through completion. This is an individual contributor role that requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and execution skills.




Key Responsibilities:




1. Business Development:


1.1 Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets


1.2 Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners


1.3 Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic direction


1.4 Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders


1.5 Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and trade shows (local and international)


2. Project Management:


2.1 Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects on time and within scope


2.2 Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners


2.3 Manage project progress, risks, and ensure timely issue resolution


2.4 Maintain clear project documentation and reporting


2.5 Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with client expectations




Key Requirements:


1. Willingness to Travel: Must be able to travel 50% or more for business development and project execution


2. Communication & Presentation: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels in China, Singapore and overseas.


3. Self-Driven: A highly motivated individual who thrives with minimal supervision


4. Experience: Proven experience in business development, project management, or related roles in fashion industry is a plus


5. Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools
