This is a pure hunting sales role and includes engaging with prospect organizations of all sizes, complexities and needs. You will work with key internal stakeholders and groups - including sales & product managers, industry sales directors, and marketing. You will be responsible for identifying, uncovering and qualifying opportunities that contribute to a significant proportion of the pipeline development for sales in the Greater China Region (China, Hong Kong and Taiwan).Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with prospects and clients to understand business and organisation challenges and pain pointsGenerate high-value sales pipeline through both strategic and targeted prospectingCollaborate with the Sales team to develop a list of target prospect accountsDevelop and manage a pipeline of prospects & provide top class customer experienceYour ExperienceBusiness Development experience within the Enterprise and Commercial segment, particularly managing prospects from GCR countriesA minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales related environmentA competitive mindset, with a hunger and 'self-starter' commitment to overachieve and succeedExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both English, Mandarin (required) and Cantonese (good to have) to be able to liaise with partners/ clients in target marketBachelor's degree is preferableCultureWe are building a high-performance culture and want teammates who can join our organization and not just fit in but add to us.
