Job Description

The Role - Business Development

As a Business Development professional at Summit Global, you will own the end-to-end

sales process -- from prospecting and lead generation to pitching, closing, and building

long-term client relationships. You will help drive the growth of our platform across

Singapore and the region, while collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer

Success teams.



Key Responsibilities:

o Meet and exceed sales targets by generating new business opportunities.

o Conduct needs analysis and design innovative solutions tailored to client

requirements.

o Develop detailed business plans to achieve quarterly sales quotas.

o Work closely with Sales and Marketing to identify and convert new prospects.

o Become a product expert across our offerings and maintain awareness of competitor

solutions.

o Provide regular and accurate reporting of pipeline, forecasts, and market insights to

management.

o Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure excellent client experience.

o Build a professional network through both offline and online events.



Sound like you?

o Minimum 5 years of relevant Fintech / B2B SaaS sales experience.

o Strong understanding of the Singapore market, ideally in SaaS, Accounting, or

Finance tech.

o Hunter mentality with a proven track record in end-to-end sales.

o Skilled at building long-lasting client relationships.

o Proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus.

o High ethical standards and discretion when dealing with clients.

o Expertise or strong network in a specific industry vertical is a bonus.

Full-time role

Hybrid working arrangement, based in Singapore.
