Role Overview
We're looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Intern to help us expand PixelPro's reach across corporate, government, and private event markets. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain real-world experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and business strategy in Singapore's dynamic events industry.
What You'll Do
Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify and research potential clients across corporate, government, and private sectors
Craft compelling outreach messages
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
Client Engagement
Schedule and participate in discovery calls and client meetings
Present PixelPro's services and value proposition to prospects
Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Support proposal development and follow-up communications
Market Research & Strategy
Analyse competitor offerings and market trends in the events industry
Identify new market opportunities and potential service expansions
Gather client feedback to refine service offerings
Track industry events and networking opportunities
Partnership Development
Explore strategic partnerships with event planners, venues, and corporate clients
Build relationships with key stakeholders in target industries
Represent PixelPro at networking events and industry functions
Sales Support & Operations
Maintain CRM systems and track sales metrics
Prepare reports on business development activities and outcomes
Assist with contract negotiations and client onboarding
Support the development of marketing collateral and case studies
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable with outreach and client-facing interactions
Organised with ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
Bonus Points:
Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
Interest in events, photography, AV technology, or creative industries
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms
Network or connections in corporate/event planning sectors
Understanding of B2B sales cycles
