Key Scope:

Drive business development efforts by establishing and maintaining strong client relationships and networks across financial industries.
Manage the end-to-end sales process: client visits, investment presentations, due diligence, mandate closures, and follow-up engagements.
Customize presentation materials to suit business development objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Finance / CFA Professional qualification preferred
5 to 8 years of asset management industry experience or general financial services experience.
Prior BD experience across APAC markets would be highly valued.
Demonstrated success in winning new business and mandate finals.
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and adaptable with a positive mindset.
Familiarity with market product research and business development planning.
Team player with a pleasant and collaborative personality.
Bilingual in English and Chinese; confident in presenting, pitching, and building rapport with Chinese stakeholders.
