Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation: Contribute to identifying prospective clients and developing new business opportunities to expand Kam See Kee's customer base.
Client Relationship Management: Assist in cultivating and maintaining relationships with potential clients, including the preparation of tailored presentations and proposals.
Tasks Involved:
Prepare and consolidate sales reports for management review.
Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences to engage with potential clients.
Assist in planning and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Coordinate the development of marketing materials and content.
Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics.
Organise and support promotional events and activities.
Maintain and update marketing calendars and schedules.
Support social media management, including scheduling and posting content.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and business opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
Outgoing personality with a strong interest in sales and good business sense.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English (professional setting);
Proficiency in conversational Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage to communicate with stakeholders who are Chinese speaking, as our product range--comprising dried sea cucumber, dried fish maw, dried flower mushroom, dried scallop, and other dried foods--primarily targets Chinese-oriented eateries, restaurants, and families, particularly during festive occasions such as Chinese New Year.
Knowledge on Dried Food (dried sea cucumber, dried fish maw, dried flower mushroom, dried scallop, and other dried foods) preferred, but not mandatory
Prior experience in e-commerce or SaaS industries is highly preferred, but not mandatory.
