ExaWeb is Looking for a Business Development Specialist We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our Sales team. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth and optimizing marketing strategies. You will be analyzing business processes and finances, implementing business plans, and establishing effective networks.Successful candidates must be inquisitive and able to solve problems effectively. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we'd like to meet you.:

• Identify and develop business strategies to introduce the company's services

• Enhance the business' position with consumers and solidify the position of the business in the market

• Formulate and develop plans for establishing the brand, allocating resources for different projects, and setting the company's long-term strategy and goals

• Analyze and expand the business operations to enhance sustainability

• Evaluate and improve sales, marketing, and branding strategies

• Develop negotiation strategies by assessing risks and potential

• Perform competitor analysis

• Identifying and qualifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities

• Develop client relationships and strengthen industry partnerships

• Generating leads by prospecting for new clients and leads

• Performs other related tasks when the need arises

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalent

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or business consulting, preferably in the Digital Marketing industry

• Knowledgeable in Digital Marketing or Advertising is a plus

• Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment; team player

• Ability to maintain strong relationships with clients and establish industry relationships

• Good time management skills

• Multitasking ability

• Detail-oriented

• With good judgement and decision-making skills

• With excellent communication skills

• Can work under pressure

• Can work with minimal supervision
